We're novarilexpyt

Your financial records deserve better than scattered spreadsheets and guesswork.

Started in 2019 because too many Australian businesses were drowning in paperwork they couldn't make sense of. We've spent the last six years helping companies across NSW organize their financial data so they can actually understand what's happening with their money.

No fancy promises. Just straightforward financial record management that works for real businesses dealing with real challenges.

Lead Financial Advisor

Spent twelve years at mid-sized accounting firms before starting novarilexpyt. Got tired of watching business owners struggle with basic record-keeping while their advisors spoke in jargon.

How We Actually Work

Most financial advisors want to sell you complex solutions. We took a different path. Our team focuses on setting up systems that business owners can actually maintain themselves.

When someone reaches out, we don't start with a sales pitch. First meeting is always about understanding what's currently broken. Sometimes it's invoice tracking. Other times it's expense categorization that makes no sense. We've seen businesses using five different tools when they needed one proper system.

The Sydney CBD office handles most consultations, but we travel throughout NSW when needed. Last month alone, we worked with a construction company in Newcastle, a retail chain in Wollongong, and a manufacturing business in Parramatta. Each had completely different challenges.

Our approach? Build frameworks that match how your business actually operates. Not textbook examples. Not one-size-fits-all templates. Just practical record-keeping that reflects your daily reality.

What Guides Our Work

Clarity Over Complexity

Financial records shouldn't require a degree to understand. We organize information so you can find what you need in under two minutes. If a system takes longer than that to navigate, we rebuild it.

Real-World Testing

Every framework we recommend has been used by at least three different businesses first. We don't suggest solutions based on theory. If it hasn't worked in practice multiple times, it doesn't make our recommendations list.

Honest Limitations

Not every business needs our help. Sometimes your current setup just needs minor adjustments. We'll tell you that upfront rather than create unnecessary work. Our goal is improvement, not dependency.

Six Years of Learning

Started with just three clients in Pymble. All of them had the same problem—mountains of receipts and invoices with no clear system. We spent the first year figuring out what actually worked versus what looked good on paper.

By 2021, we'd developed repeatable processes. Nothing revolutionary. Just solid frameworks that businesses could stick with long-term. That's when referrals started coming in. Turns out business owners talk to each other about who actually solves problems.

Now we work with over forty companies across various industries. Manufacturing, retail, hospitality, professional services. Each sector has unique quirks, but the fundamentals stay consistent—organize information logically, maintain it regularly, review it honestly.

Professional financial consultation and advisory services

Our office in Pymble handles most consultations, though we meet clients wherever makes sense. Coffee shops, their offices, video calls—whatever works for their schedule. The location matters less than the conversation.

Looking ahead to late 2025 and into 2026, we're taking on new clients gradually. Not because we're exclusive, but because rushing leads to poor service. Each business gets the attention their financial records deserve.

Let's Talk About Your Records

If your financial record-keeping feels chaotic, we can probably help. No pressure. Just a straightforward conversation about what's working and what isn't.
